Aida Cepukaite | LITHUANIA

Lithuanian, studied hospitality in Switzerland, lived and worked in South Korea later continued McS Gastronomy in Scotland.
Now running a 600 seat restaurant in homeland farming and teaching on nourishing food and sustainability and being a council member of Lithuanian chefs and confectioners association. Have always had the “itch” to raise sustainability related questions and look for the answers, either in performing daily choirs, teaching people, running a restaurant or how to better farm. Overall, we should change our comforts and still stay comfortable, aim to learn more, think critically, accept the facts and act upon it. Act as soon as possible in singular and multinational and aim to see the whole picture.
