I am a food inspector in veterinary service in the city of Udine (Italy) and I take care of the control and hygiene of food of animal origin. I am also a mycologist.
From 2014 to 2019 I was counselor for Agriculture and public assets in the municipality of Muzzana del Turgnano and from 2019 to present I am a counselor member. With the collaboration of AIAB (no profit association for organic agriculture) we have achieved the ethical project “Pan e farine di Muzane“. The project consists in production of organic flour starting from organic wheat and spelt produced in public assets.
Furthermore, I work in the family’s farm where are produced primary products such as asparagus, saffron and strawberry.
