Gianfranco Maltese and his family business, is located in Marsala, in that part of western Sicily where they are observed on the horizon rolling hills and expanses of plains that reach a warm sea, where for six generations he has been cultivating the vine with passion and dedication.
Gianfranco in addition to leading the company, the vineyards, the olive groves and much more, together with his family, it is also dedicated to the circular economy and GREEN projects using organic waste for cars to produce fertilizer and biogas.
For years believing in the value of traditions and loving hospitality, he opened the doors of the Historic Cellar, carrying out experimential activities with sensory itineraries, peasant cooking activities, promoting slow and valuable tourism.
