Along the years, I had the privilege to work and gain experience in governmental, non-for-profit and private sectors, at local, national, and European level on aspects concerning small-farmers, biodiversity in agriculture, cooperation and short-supply-chain, promotion of local products, sustainable food. In the last 5 years I’ve got involved with building case studies and contributing to various HORIZON 2020 projects. One of them is FOODSHIFT2030 where we are developing the first draft of food strategy for Brasov city-region, explore the food innovations in Brasov region and explore transition to sustainable food system.
