During the last days of October, from the 28th until the 30th, it took place the Savour Kilkenny food festival in Ireland. This festival celebrates the produce, food and culture of Kilkenny and the surrounding rich pasturelands.
Our Ambassador, Daniel Long, participated as a speaker in the event, in a session called “Connecting farmers and consumers”. The debate was also recorded. You can find the video here.
